Tied with a hackling of soft blood marabou and a complimentary or contrasting collar of soft hackle, this simple but very effective variation of the original Soft Hackle Streamer is one of my favorite flies for tarpon fishing. Lots of enticing action. Where two colors are used to describe the fly, the first color describes the dominant color of the fly, the second color describes the "topping" or top layer of marabou.
