This fly, which has been called the "best surface fly for bass--bar none," has a lot of "plop" and "pop," with tantalizing banded Centipede "legs" and a hackle palmering designed to attract even the finickiest largemouth or smallmouth bass. My favorite surface fly for bass.

When two colors are used in the description the first color refers to the color of the foam shell, the second to the color of the marabou tail and body. The color of the legs will vary according to the pattern.
