I've added my own special touches to the traditional Deer Caddis, adding a highly visible spot of color to the wing and a dubbed fur head in front of the wing. This fly is especially tied for those who, like me, want a fly that is more easily seen on the water.

This fly is especially effective when darker caddis are flitting about on the water.
