A chance to own a piece of history...
One of Jack's great delights were the prints he designed and produced himself. These were mostly montages, combining classic images with some of his best-known fly patterns to create unique and charming accent pieces.
Jack left a number of these prints behind and they are offered here. They reflect Jack's keen wit, impish sense of humor, and love of nostalgia. Most are mounted in a five by seven inch matt, a few in eight by ten. Most are digitally signed and a very few hand-signed. They are limited in quantity--once they're gone, they're gone.
Each framed print comes with a notarized statement identifying it as an original work created by Jack Gartside.

Of these prints Jack wrote: "I've been playing around with some old tinted "French postcards" from my postcard collection and have created some unusual and humorous montages featuring artistically posed nudes or semi-nudes (mostly from the 1920's and 1930's) together with perhaps an original fly pattern or a fish of one kind or another. The effect and the intent here is artistic — and in some cases humorous — definitely not pornographic. Maybe "politically incorrect" but lots of fun. Certain to be a conversation piece."
