The Double Gurgler is a Gurgler tied with two layers of foam tied over the top, unlike the original Gurgler, which is tied with one layer for both the body and the shell, a style that allows me to tie a wider range of Gurglers using different color combinations for the shell and different materials for the bodies.

Highly recommended for large and smallmouth bass, trout and panfish.

When two colors describe the fly, the first color refers to the color of the foam shell, the second to the marabou tail and /or the ribbing hackle.Don't be confused about all the different colors offered. Consider only the body, tail and hackle color--this is what the fish sees--the shell color can be any color you like.
